Franchisees are trained in operating their business, marketing, driver recruitment and management, and importantly delivering superior levels of customer service. External Chauffeur training and Local Authority courses, where applicable also form part of the initial training. All training will take place at the Head Office in Newark.
Since launching the business in 2007, Aura Journeys continues to grow. We are continually learning and adapting to market trends and opportunities. This continuing learning and development will be shared with our franchisees through formal training sessions and informal visits and discussions.
We work with franchisees closely, particularly in their first year of operations, committing to up to 10 visits with them in the first year. We then like to meet with our franchisees 4 times per year on an ongoing basis. This is typically a combination of in field visits, training, and group franchisee meetings.
